4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to our platform, including text, images, and other materials from your original website. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Our Services

The designs, templates, and technical implementations we create for you become your property upon payment. You are free to export and use these materials however you wish.

5. Website Authorization

By submitting a website for analysis, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have authorization to access and modify the website
  • The website content does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • You have the authority to migrate content from the original website

6. Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees for your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize automatic recurring charges

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Free Preview

We offer a free preview of your modernized website before requiring payment. The preview is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free preview at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Interfere with the operation of our platform

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revise and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will be revoked
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
